Our WHITE ROOM is one of the two rooms we share in our house with our guests. Both rooms share a private entrance on the other side of the house and are connected via a small hall where both rooms share a small refrigerator, a microwave and some cutlery.
This room has around 18 m2 with 2 single beds put together or, if requested, can be put separate. The hand painted furniture is typical of the Alto Alentejo. The window looks out at the swimming pool and the garden. It has a private bathroom, with bathtub and shower. The room is equipped with air-conditioning, an open clothes storage and a small secretary desk where you can work on with a computer. Normally the WIFI connection is good, but we live in a rural area and sometimes connections are weaker then in cities.
Together with the Blue Room you share all facilities around the house. We have a covered veranda with a big table where you will find the possibility to make coffee and tea or cook on a two-burner cooker. Here we also serve breakfast. Around the corner, we have a cozy BBQ area with small tables. The swimming pool is in front of the veranda and has a grass sunbathe area with beds and chairs.
If you rent both rooms, in principal the facilities will be private.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air while soaking in the private pool on summer and overlooking the amazing mountains and the medieval village of Marvão. As the morning birds serenade you, sit back in the outside chair and enjoy your coffee.
